Strictly Come Dancing 2021 – Week 13 (Final) Discussion/Polls

Here we are. It’s the final weekend and whilst there may not be a spoiler tonight because not even The BBC are stupid enough to prerecord the final results there is still a lot to discuss during the course of tonight’s final.

But who is going to lift the Glitterball and who will finish in 2nd place? You can let me know your thoughts on that or anything else to do with tonight’s show right here in the comments or over on Facebook or Twitter. Each time you get involved in the discussion on the social networks you earn an entry into this year’s huge competition where one of you will be winning a £500 voucher. There’s only two more places available in the draw, one on Facebook and one on Twitter and two of you will be picked this weekend to join the 10 people already in with a chance of winning £500

Multiple polls will be running throughout the course of the final so check back for them as I’ll be getting your opinions after each round of dances polling you on who your winner is trying to get one last spoiler of the series!

This poll is no longer accepting votes

Don’t forget there’s the festive spoiler as well giving you the chance to know what you are getting for Christmas!

And please take a few minutes to check out my annual thanks post where I talk about another huge year for this site!

My November hosting bill was an eye watering £887.29 which I’m sure we can all agree is huge and December’s is already over £1k. If I provide you a useful service please if you can please considering helping me out with these costs by making a one time donation using THIS LINK (make sure to click send and not request) or the button below. Please only do so if you can afford to do so and there is no obligation on anyone to help me out this way.

Or for the truly impatient amongst you why not join the crew on Patreon. For less than the price of a coffee a month you gain access to the spoiler in an ad free form and also will gain access to the results of the exit poll providing the earliest indication as to how the dance off has gone each week minutes after The BBC vote closes and hours before the spoiler or any other spoiler source. Whilst those perks won’t apply for the next few months in the off season I will be getting in touch with all Patreons in the new year to get ideas on what you’d like to see for 2022

No energy switches for the time being as the general advice for most during the energy crisis is to stay put. Instead why not earn cash back towards your mobile phone bill on your every day shopping. Sign up to Airtime Rewards using promo code 6T7W9L6X, link your credit/debit card and any time you shop at participating retailers you will automatically earn cash back which can be credited towards your mobile phone bill on most major UK networks

Strictly Come Dancing 2021 Finalists – Rose and Giovanni

Here we are with the first part of my 3 part series taking a look at this year’s finalists and their journey to the final. We will be taking them in the order of qualification which means we begin with Rose and Giovanni…..

Worst Dance

As it probably should be we have to journey all the way back to week 1 of the competition for their worst routine. Their Jive during the first show of the series scored 22 points with the judges (6,6,4,6)

Best Dance

Rose and Giovanni have had all 4 judges reaching for their 10 paddles on two occasions this series. The first was the earliest maximum score ever and came in week 6 following their Tango (10,10,10,10)

The second occasion came during last weekend’s semi final. With Rose continuing her strong Tango performance this time during the Argentine Tango (10,10,10,10)

Average Score

Rose and Giovanni have amassed a total of 447 points across 13 routines making for an average of 34.4. This is marginally the lowest of the 3 finalists but all 3 finalists do have similar averages

Number of times in the Dance Off

Rose and Giovanni are the only couple this series (barring Robert and Dianne who withdrew) to have never landed in the Dance Off this series

Can they win?

The better question is can they lose. Momentum has been building and building for this couple since about week 3 of the series and they have been the odds on favourites with the bookmakers for weeks on weeks now. 71% of visitors to this website want them to lift the glitter ball tomorrow night.

The final is a lot closer in terms of ability but in terms of public support, the journey this couple of been on, how Rose has embraced Strictly despite not being able to hear the music she is dancing to and the beautiful partnership Rose and Giovanni have formed its going to take a very strong final and a massive shift in the public opinion to see anyone but Rose and Giovanni crowned as champions tomorrow

Will you be supporting Rose and Giovanni? As always you can let me know your thoughts about that over on Facebook or Twitter. Each time you get involved in the discussion on the social networks you earn an entry into the biggest competition I have ever run with a whopping £500 voucher up for grabs for one lucky winner this series. Full details of the competition can be found here.

Don’t forget you can check out The Festive Spoiler and get your Christmas presents early! Or please check out my annual thanks post where I talk about what has been a mind boggling year for this site!

My hosting bill for November was an eye watering £900 and my December bill is already even higher. If I provide you a useful service please consider helping me out with these spiralling costs by making a one time donation using THIS LINK or the button below. Please only do so if you can afford to do so and there is no obligation on anyone to help me out this way. Also please make sure you click the send money option and not the request money as a few people have been accidentally requesting money.

Or why not join the crew on Patreon. For less than the price of a coffee a month you gain access to the spoiler in an ad free form and also will gain access to the results of the exit poll providing the earliest indication as to how the dance off has gone each week minutes after The BBC vote closes and hours before the spoiler or any other spoiler source. The exit poll correctly predicted this week’s dance off giving Patreon subscribers the first indication of how things went seconds after The BBC vote closed and long before any other source!
