Strictly Come Dancing 2018 – Week 9 (Blackpool) Spoilers

Strictly hit the bright lights of Blackpool and Craig remembered to pack his 10 paddle which helped propel Ashley and Pasha right to the top of the Tower and the leaderboard with the first 40 of the series. But you aren’t here to read about that. You’re here to read about the press attention I’ve had this last week. Only joking! Of course you are here to learn the Strictly results and there’s no need to wait when The Strictly Spoiler is on hand to give you the results you crave. So here are the results……….

Graeme and Kate had to dance off. The judges unanimously saved Graeme. Kate was eliminated

Complaints to the BBC

This week’s spoiler has come from an audience mole sourced through my usual sources and has also been confirmed by a mole sourced by myself and should be accurate.

Operating this website now costs me several hundred pounds a month to provide multiple high powered servers to keep it up at peak times. Strictly Come Dancing 2018 – Week 9 (Blackpool) Discussion/Poll

Strictly is on its annual holidays to Blackpool and hopefully they are locking up some elements of the press in the Tower Dungeon after hounding the contestants and this week me because they have nothing better to report on. Anyway I digress……

Who rose right to the top of the tower? And who will be joining the gutter press in the Tower Dungeon? You can let me know your thoughts on that or anything else to do with tonight’s show right here in the comments section or you can head on over to Facebook or Twitter and join the discussions on those networks. On Twitter remember to tag @davejthorp and include the hashtag #StrictlySpoiler.

Each time you get involved with the discussion you could be winning one of 4 Amazon UK vouchers I have up for grabs each and every week this series.

As always I will be opening a poll right here once all the couples have danced and you will be able to tell me your favourites. Up to 3 options may be chosen!

Operating this site costs me several hundred pounds every month in hosting costs. If you can afford to and want to help me out with these costs or just want to buy me a beer (and after the last week I need a beer) or an early Christmas present you can do so using THIS LINK or the button below. Donations are entirely optional and this site will remain free to use but donations are gratefully received and really help me out

Spoilers have been historically late at Blackpool and have been generally later than normal this series. Plus with the logistics at Blackpool I know some of the moles will be leaving their mobiles in the hotel rather than handing them in to the BBC. All this could make for a very late one tonight but as soon as I know it will be posted here. Please do not message me on Facebook or Twitter asking if I have heard. I receive hundreds of notifications on a Saturday night and your messages will likely get lost in amongst all the other messages. As soon as I have the news it will be posted here and links will go out onto the social networks.

Strictly Come Dancing 2018 – Week 9 (Blackpool) Songs/Dances

Well its been a fun couple of days here in Strictly Spoiler towers with the media once again demonstrating an inability to write an original story about something that is actually newsworthy and deciding to vilify me for posting the spoiler everyone is talking about but no one actually cares about: The Children In Need Spoiler

Anyway I digress, the BBC have just announced details of just what songs and dances the couples will be performing to in the Tower Ballroom in Blackpool on Saturday and I can reveal that:

  • Ashley and Pasha Jive to ‘Shake Ya Tail Feather’ from The Blues Brothers
  • Charles and Karen Samba to ‘La Bamba’ by Connie Francis
  • Faye and Giovanni Paso Doble to ‘Unstoppable’ by E. S. Posthumus
  • Graeme and Oti perform a Couples’ Choice in the style of Theatre and Jazz to ‘The Trolley Song’ from Meet Me in St. Louis
  • Joe and Dianne Quickstep to ‘Dancin’ Fool’ from Copacabana
  • Kate and Aljaz American Smooth to ‘Everlasting Love’ by Love Affair
  • Lauren and AJ Argentine Tango to ‘River’ by Bishop Briggs
  • Stacey and Kevin Salsa to ‘Ooh Ahh (Just A Little Bit)’ by Gina G

Complaints to the BBC

What do you think of the song choices? As always you can let me know your thoughts right here in the comments section or you can head on over to Facebook or Twitter and let me know your thoughts there. On Twitter remember to tag @davejthorp and include #StrictlySpoiler

Don’t forget you can vote in last weeks poll still and tell me who your favourites were from week 8. As always I will let you pick up to 3 options
