Bill Bailey Wins Strictly Come Dancing 2020

After a shorter than normal series you have crowned your champion and I can reveal that the winners of Strictly Come Dancing 2020 are……..

Bill and Oti

Complaints to the BBC

You will be able to view their show dance and the winning moment in the videos below in due course.

Did the right couple win? You can let me know your thoughts right here in the comments but you might want to comment on Facebook/Twitter instead as you have a chance to win a £50 voucher on those networks!

Winners for that draw will be selected tomorrow so keep an eye out on those networks as some of you will be getting a better end to 2020 with some money to spend in the sales!

At some point next week this site will move to cheaper hosting ready for the off season. You shouldn’t notice too much down time when it does move.

With that all that remains is for me to wish you a very merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Ranvir Singh Eliminated From Strictly Come Dancing 2020

As revealed in last night’s Strictly Spoiler, Ranvir and Giovanni have been eliminated after losing in the dance off to dance off regulars Jamie and Karen.

Complaints to the BBC

You can relive their Waltz from last night’s semi final in the video below:

The finalists in the order of qualification are:

Maisie and Gorka
HRVY and Janette
Bill and Oti
Jamie and Karen

Did the right couple leave? As always you can let me know your thoughts about that or anything else to do with tonight’s not live results show right here in the comments or over on Facebook/Twitter.

You can still vote in this week’s poll and tell me who got your votes/who your favourites were. Like always you can select up to 3 options. Unless you are a robot. Then you can select zero options!

This poll is no longer accepting votes

Strictly 2020 Week 8 (Semi Final) - Who got your vote? (choose up to 3)

Talking of polls due to the exit poll being needed as a potential spoiler backup I wasn’t able to poll you on who you want to win like I normally would in the semi final. That poll will be coming in due course. Also please take a few minutes to read my annual thank you post where I thank a number of people who have contributed to another huge year for The Strictly Spoiler and helped the spoilers keep coming during what has been a difficult series!

That may be it for spoilers but it’s not it for content on this site. As well as the above mentioned poll I will have my normal series where I take a look at the finalists and their journey so far. Plus I will be running polls throughout next week’s final hoping to get one last spoiler as we predict our winner! Also I may have a little surprise up my sleeve for the final weekend so keep an eye out for that……

Providing this site is still going to cost me close to £1000 this series especially as I now have to maintain powerful servers on Sundays as well as Saturday night due to increased demand across Sunday! I always stress this on the donation links but it is more important than ever in 2020 that you only consider helping me out with these costs if you can afford to do so. I would not want to cause anyone else hardship because they chose to help me out. However all donations are as ever gratefully received. You can make a one time donation by clicking on THIS LINK or using the button below:

Also new for 2020 you can make a regular donation by becoming a patreon. Donations on patreon start at just the price of a coffee a month and if the patreon page takes off I can start looking at patreon exclusive content/rewards.

There’s also ways you can help me out for free and even make some money yourself by doing so. One way I’ve been plugging on social media a lot these last few weeks is by checking your energy prices and earning yourselves £50 in the bargain by switching using my magic link (you must complete the switch using the link and not just get a quote which you come back to later). Octopus energy have 100% green electricity, are a Which recommended supplier and were one of the few suppliers to maintain a full telephone service during the pandemic. They’re a different supplier to the one I was recommending last series and are definitely worth a look as we head into the colder months.

Switching energy suppliers is quick (it takes about 2 minutes to sign up from my link and usually about 3 weeks for the process to complete), there is no interruption to your energy supply, no engineers have to visit and you don’t need to change you meters (unless you sign up to a smart tariff and don’t have a compatible meter). I get £50 from every switch so this does help me out quite a bit.

Don’t forget if you do switch to enter their competition to win an Electric Car. You should see details on how to enter in your account dashboard.

Alternatively you can help me out by doing things as simple as liking all my content, sharing it and getting involved in the discussions on the social networks. This all helps to increase my visibility and get me noticed on those networks and is also appreciated!

JJ Chalmers Eliminated From Strictly Come Dancing 2020

As revealed in last night’s Strictly Spoiler and confirmed this morning, JJ and Amy (😭) have been eliminated after losing in the dance off to Jamie and Karen.

Complaints to the BBC

You can relive their Viennese Waltz from week 6 in the video below….

Strictly 2020 Week 7 (Musicals Week/Quarter Final) - Who got your vote? (choose up to 3)

The good news is barring any curve balls from Boris, who may of course decide to upgrade lockdown 2.1 to Lockdown 2.2 or use his random number generator to place areas into tier 46, we should have audiences back next weekend which may mean MOLES! However if not as you’ve seen the last 5 weeks I am capable of operating without moles and will provide you a spoiler either way!
