  • Strictly Come Dancing 2026 – Launch Show/Pairings Spoilers

Strictly is officially back for 2026. And a lot has changed with new hosts, new pros and a new way of revealing the cast. But one thing that hasn’t changed is the BBC’s love for sitting on information for long periods of time after filming. But while the BBC might want you to wait a week and a half to learn the couples fortunately I am only too happy to share them with you. So here they are…..

    Chris and Amy
    Dani and Nikita
    Will and Dianne
    Graeme and Lauren
    Sarah and Julian
    Tabby and Mark or Carlos
    Lawrence and Jowita
    Bethany and Nancy
    Cach and Maddie
    Jaime and Christian or Carlos
    Lacey and Vito
    Delta and Kai (unconfirmed)
    Melanie and Carlos or Aljaz
    John and Katya (unconfirmed)
    Shaun and Alexis (unconfirmed)

    Complaints to the BBC

This spoiler has been pieced together from a number of reliable sources and is not 100% confirmed and there may be some inaccuracies. Work is ongoing to bring a full confirmed list

Huge thanks to my Strictly Spoiler VIPs Alex Williams and Ruth Wortley for your support of this site. Want to see your names here? See below for how you can become a VIP

Let me know your thoughts about the pairings over on Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, Threads or BlueSky.! No prizes are on offer quite yet, but one of the biggest competitions I have ever run will kick off once the live shows properly begin. With Amazon vouchers and Strictly Spoiler Plus subscriptions up for grabs every single week, you won’t want to miss out. Plus, for the first time ever, the competition is open worldwide! Make sure you are following me across all networks, and please give the posts a like and a share to help get the word out.

Operating this website independently is incredibly expensive, with hosting bills easily exceeding £1000 per month during the main series. If you want to help cover these costs or just say thanks for the early results, you can do so using the donation button below or this link. Please only donate if you can comfortably afford to do so!

  • Class of 2026 (Poll)

Firstly I need to offer massive apologies for dropping off part way through the reveals this year. Partly down to the way the BBC drip fed us them over the course of two months rather than announcing over 1-2 weeks like normal. I’ve also had a minor medical episode a month or so ago so my time has been spent on my recovery from that. But I digress…..

The class of 2026 is now complete and competing for the glitterball, along with a description of how they are known, is……

Bethany Antonia – House of the Dragon Actress
Cach Mercer – Love Island Participant and Winner
    Chris Appleton – Celebrity Hairdresser
Dani Dyer – Reality Star, Daughter of Danny Dyer and 2025 Withdrawn Participant
Delta Goodrem – Singer and Actress
    Graeme Hall – Dog Trainer
    Jaime Winstone – Actress
    John Nellis – YouTuber
    Lacey Turner – Actress
    Lawrence Robb – Actor
Melanie Waters – Actress in Gavin and Stacey
Dame Sarah Storey – Paralympic Athlete
    Shaun Wright-Phillips – Footballer
Tabby Stoecker – Winter Olympic Athlete
    Will Best – Presenter

We haven’t seen them dance a step yet but you might have some idea of who your favourites are and you can let me and the community known by voting in the poll below. You can select as many or as few as you like:

You can also let me know your thoughts over on Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, Threads or BlueSky. No prizes on offer quite yet but there will be prizes on offer each week once the series kicks off proper. Don’t forget to follow me on all those networks to keep up with all things Strictly Spoiler and please give my posts a good old like/share to help get the word out there.

Operating this website is very expensive especially during the main series where my hosting bills can easily exceed £1000 per month. If you want to help me out with these costs or just want to thank me for the service I provide you can do so using this link or the button below. Please only consider making a donation if you can afford to do so.

Or why not subscribe on patreon? Strictly Spoiler Plus subscribers over on Patreon gain access to the results of the exit poll where I plug my poll results into the scoring system to give an indication as to how things have gone. You also get the spoiler in glorious ad free form. All for a small monthly subscription price and if you sign up before the end of the month you can lock in 2025 pricing before the prices change. Or for the full VIP experience sign up to Strictly Spoiler Plus VIP where as well as the above benefits you will also get a shoutout/thanks on each spoiler post. If you use an Apple device please sign up on the mobile web or a different device rather than the Patreon app as the app will cost you more to cover Apple processing fees and will also significantly delay your funds reaching me.
