Ugo Monye To Miss Week 4

Ugo Monye has revealed that he and Oti will be missing week 4 of the competition due to a back injury.

Under Strictly rules couples are allowed to miss one week due to illness or injury and receive a bye into the following week so Ugo and Oti will be permitted to return in week 5 barring any further injury.

This comes as a double blow meaning we will be down two couples this weekend due to Robert and Dianne’s withdrawal earlier in the week.

Robert Webb Withdraws From Strictly Come Dancing 2021

Yes I know I’m late to the party with this one but The BBC last night announced that Robert and Dianne would be withdrawing from the 2021 series following medical advice.

Robert, speaking to The BBC, revealed that he had major heart surgery a couple of years ago and whilst he initially believed that he had recovered enough to allow himself to participate fully in Strictly over the last few weeks he has noticed symptoms returning and on the advice of his cardiologist has taken the decision to withdraw.

The Strictly Spoiler, and I’m sure the community, wishes Robert well and thanks him for some entertaining routines the last few weeks.

As revealed in this morning’s Strictly Spoiler and subsequently corrected by every source who isn’t me, Katie and Gorka have been eliminated after losing in the dance off to Judi and Graziano
