Strictly Come Dancing 2017 – Week 8 Discussion/Poll

It’s a brand new week for Strictly and last week’s shock elimination is but a distant memory. The 9 remaining couples are focused on dancing their way into Blackpool next week.

Who has secured their place in the vegas of the north? And who will be left behind? As always you can let me know your thoughts about that or anything else to do with tonight’s show right here in the comments section below (comments only appear on individual posts and not the home pages where more than one post will display. Click on the name of the post you wish to comment on if you don’t see the comments section).

Or you can join the community over on Facebook and let me know what you think during any of my live posts over the course of tonight and in the coming week.

Or why not head on over to Twitter and tweet @davejthorp remembering to include #StrictlySpoiler in your comments. You’ve 280 characters to play with now on Twitter so can say more in your thoughts.

As always a poll will open here when all the couples have danced. The poll will look a little different to previous weeks as I’m trying out some new polling software due to some glitches with the old one so let me know what you think, if it works for you or if you have any issues with the new poll system once the poll opens. Due to site issues which may or may not have been down to the new poll software I’ve reverted to the old one and migrated the poll results over to that system.

Spoiler should be incoming some time after 10:30pm tonight so keep checking the site for the latest updates or follow me or like the strictly spoiler on the social networks using the links above to keep up to date with everything Strictly Spoiler

Strictly Come Dancing 2016 – Week 8 Spoilers

Blackpool is so close the remaining 8 couples can almost smell it. But one couple will not need to pack a bucket and spade as they have fallen at the final hurdle and won’t be dancing in the Tower Ballroom next weekend. But who fell and who will be enjoying having their fish and chips robbed by seagulls? The Strictly Spoiler is on hand to tell you all. So here are the results:

Greg and Daisy had to dance off. The judges saved Greg. Daisy was eliminated.

Complaints to the BBC

This week’s spoiler has come from an audience mole through my usual sources and should be accurate.

Few winners to tell you about this week. Firstly congratulations to Beccy Holiday on Twitter who helped guide Twitter to victory in last week’s smackdown with Facebook and has won the largest voucher prize I’ve given away so far this series: a £50 Amazon UK voucher. Facebook will be attempting to redeem themselves this week and possibly win a £20 voucher. Full details on Facebook.

Also congratulations to Beth Killen who won this week’s weekly competition by commenting right here at the home of the Strictly Spoiler and has won a £20 Amazon UK voucher.

Both Beccy and Beth are in this month’s draw to win a Kindle Fire Tablet at the end of the month.

Do you want to win prizes? Of course you do and it’s quite simple to get involved. Simply join the discussion right here in the comments or over on Twitter or on Facebook. Please remember to tag @davejthorp and include #StrictlySpoiler on Twitter for your entry to count.

Or you could help Facebook redeem themselves by beating 222 likes/reactions/shares on the spoiler post and earn one lucky person a £20 amazon UK voucher.

Don’t forget to vote in this week’s poll and tell me who your favourites were this week. As always you can choose up to 3 options.
