Strictly Come Dancing 2018 – Launch Show Discussion/Poll

Whilst the launch show might not contain too many surprises thanks to last week’s pairings spoiler this is our first proper glimpse at the couples who will be taking to the dance floor for our entertainment in the next few weeks.

But which couples look like they will go all the way? And who will be trying to avoid the horror of being out during the first results spoiler in a few weeks time? This website will be going down next weekend for maintenance whilst I migrate it over to the clustered hosting solution I used towards the end of the 2017 to keep the site up at peak times. At the same time my hosting costs will increase by a factor of 100 from £3 a month to £300 a month. Many of you have already helped me out so far this series including a very generous £25 donation this morning but I’m as grateful to those who donate £1 as I am to those who donate more. Class Of 2018 – Betting Update

With the entire class announced it’s time for me to take a look at the betting and see who the early favourites are with the bookies.

Danny John-Jules – 9/1
Dr Ranj Singh – 10/1

There’s not a lot to pick between the top three with Ashley currently favourite however Charles and Lee are snapping at her heels.

Faye may well be stronger than her 8/1 odds suggest and Danny is an absolute steal at 9/1 considering he’s topping the current poll here at the home of The Strictly Spoiler and he has danced previously in his career.

Joe Sugg is also possibly a tempting bet at 12/1. Whilst a relative unknown with a lot of Strictly’s audience he has a literal army of followers on social media to rally behind him and vote for him

Outsider Graeme Swann could also be worth a look at 25/1 as cricketers have done well on Strictly before and interestingly rank outsider Susannah is only 33/1 and not the usual 66/1 or 100/1 that you’d often see a rank outsider priced at
