Strictly Come Dancing 2016 – Week 4 Spoilers

It’s been a funny old week for Strictly. Will Young made the decision to leave right now and we saw our first 10’s of the series, but you aren’t here to hear about that. You want to know who will be eliminated during tomorrow’s not live results show and fortunately you don’t have to wait the best part of a day to find out as the Internet is on hand to give you the information that you crave. So here are the results:

Naga and Anastacia had to dance off. The judges saved Anastacia. Naga was eliminated.

Complaints to the BBC

This week’s spoiler has come from an audience mole through my usual sources and should be accurate.

Congratulations to Julie-Ann Hadley on Facebook who won the Strictly Spoiler competition this week and has won a £20 Amazon UK voucher and is in the draw to win a Kindle Fire Tablet at the end of the month. Further congratulations to Jane Williams who won the aborted “leave right now” spot prize on Facebook following Will’s exit from the competition. She also won a £20 Amazon UK voucher and is also in the draw to win a Kindle Fire Tablet. Finally congratulations to Kathryn Dingle on Twitter who correctly guessed that the first 10 of the series would be awarded during week 4 and has also won a £20 Amazon Voucher and is also in the draw to win a Kindle Fire Tablet. £60 worth of prizes given away this week alone. How many other spoiler sources can offer that?

  1. 4 probable in dance off and we got 2 so better than last week. Wrong dancer went in my opinion as Naga could improve, Anastacia can’t as you can’t dance properly without lifting arms. Think Anastacia will keep being in bottom 2 til she goes. Why is ed still in? When did mincing become part of the Paso?

      1. I saw no effort last night it was just dreadful, can even say it was amusing – like the charleston – which was his ‘best’ dance

  2. I’m beginning to suspect that something is a bit fishy here. I’m sorry, but having been a defensive voice over Anastacia re her previous dance off that wasn’t, I’m afraid I can’t this time. She should have gone this week. It’s clear that she bares a psychological scar (and rightly so) in her dancing now, and the judges have done her no favours here, unless it is either sympathy, consideration of her charity or something else.

  3. ☆Rant Warning!!☆
This is absolutely ridiculous. So not only do we have to go thru the pain watching her dance another week but we have to watch her face again raising her eyebrows and pulling faces during criticism and her scores but then she suddenly hears good comments. She had a dance described stilted and minimal content to a jam packed good effort Charleston. This is an absolute joke.
Note – how uncomfortable did Brendan look watching her sing – talk about a pathetic attempt to claw her way back into singing – she’s a one trick pony!!

We also have to put up with the judges treating her with kids gloves (except Craig tonight) giving 7’s, then they give Nat and Greg 7’s which was clearly a much better performance.

They also need to stop stroking Eds ego as well, tonight tess treated him like a 3 year old which I found patronising and feel they’re now laughing at him not with him so they then stroke his ego). He was rubbish (I applaud his effort but that was worth what 3) yet only Craigs mark showed that. The consistency of the judges marks has been appalling this series – I know not everyone takes note of the judges marks but those that do are getting absolutely skewed to what is marks for actual dancing and what’s the judges give “so not to upset the sensitive people”. Craig was out of order with claudia tonight. I didn’t like the school concept or song choice but she is a great dancer, he didn’t say one nice thing.

I feel they’ve treated Naga like they did Gleb and Anita last year (I know they reached the semi final but that was the public) where none of the judges really got behind them, picking at everything. I know Naga wasnt brilliant but she followed everyones advice from last week and anastacia hasn’t over all 4 weeks combined because she can’t take constructive criticism.

Oh and whilst on a role laura’s score & 9 – ridiculous, she didn’t get back up fighting this week because she loves herself so much it didn’t even register due to her own arrogance that she thinks she’s great. Plus her a celebrity – pffft!!

Danny and Ore were amazing and I’m predicting a male winner again this year as altho louise, claudia, daisy are good they aren’t in the boys league right now (love louise is coming out her shell tonight) – saying that Ore and the crying thing is already getting on my nerves – it was sweet at first but I swear the judges are now seeing who makes him cry first!

Special mention to Lesley – what an amazing woman. Truly inspiring. Love her.

Dave as always you are a rock star for this site (so are your reliable sources) it saves us having to go thru the pain of the pretend…. err sorry… “Live” Sunday results show!!!

  4. Yes it is ridiculous the one who should have been eliminated was ed as he was once again the worst and naga actally scored less than anastasia and has been consistently bad from the beginning. Anastasia has had some good weeks and the rumba is notoriously difficult

  5. oh dear another elimination of a person of colour, people will be in out rage!! seems fishy that anastasia is saved again

      1. we all know it had nothing to do with colour, but some people on social media who obviously feel hard done by will scream that it is racist – either to have a go at the BBC or because they’re deluded. have to admit when I saw the results last night – I wondered how long before the trolls of last week would take to social media again

  6. I don’t see why people are so annoyed Anastasia stayed. She was better than Naga and was given more points in the night for a good reason. Also Naga has no personal so is really dull.

Overall it should have been ed though there are too many good people this year to keep him in as the funny one. If he is kept in you will end up with more shock dance offs like last week too early on.

    1. Yeah I’m equally confused why I’ve had some comments saying Anastacia shouldn’t have stayed this week. She ranked above Naga on both the judges leaderboard and the poll on here so the result seems fair to me

Comedy contestants usually get a free bye with the public until Halloween at the earliest and often Blackpool. I have no problem with this myself. Whilst it’s predominantly a dance show it is also an entertainment show and the less able comedy contestants do provide entertainment. Also it doesn’t usually affect the final outcome as the right contestants usually make the latter stages of the competition and it doesn’t really matter what order the others get eliminated in along the way

      1. Yeah but Judge Rinder is funny and can dance where as Ed just goes wrong so isn’t the best of the funny people

  7. Sympathy vote for Anastasia as she’s had that horrible operation… Poor Anastasia boo hoo. Suffering her for another week… Getting beyond a joke

  8. Now ive seen te dance off its clear the right decision was made. Naga really messed up the dance off she made more mistakes than the first time she danced. I still think ed should have been in the dance off but for that to happen the GBP need to please stop voting for him
